Built for the counter. Growing with the business.

simpleTap is a planned POS and payment-terminal platform. This page separates what exists from what is conditional roadmap.

Current position

The public showcase and contract foundations exist. Registration, payment processing, KYC, account services and pilot enrollment are not operational.

Founding customer offer

Enrollment closed

The first 1,000 eligible and accepted customer organizations are planned to receive a lifetime waiver of simpleTap’s base software-license fee.

Enrollment is not open. Published campaign terms and a durable entitlement are required before any organization can hold it, and the waiver is not transferable.

Where this goes next

In the order we intend to build it. Every step below depends on an approval simpleTap does not hold today, and the order is the plan rather than a schedule.

  1. Cash at retail

US cash-at-retail would require a PayNearMe program that simpleTap has not contracted and that no provider has approved.

    Not available
  2. Business financial account

A US business financial account with account and routing details could in future be offered through an eligible regulated partner; none is offered today, and simpleTap would not hold the funds.

    Not available
  3. Virtual and physical cards

Virtual and physical cards could be issued only through an approved issuer, and physical issuance and shipping may carry a fee.

    Not available
  4. Domestic and international transfers

Domestic and international transfers could follow, in a country where a regulated provider and a contract permit them; no such provider is contracted today, and no transfer can be sent.

    Not available
  5. Business financing

Eligible business financing may be offered by Stripe or another provider once approved; none is today, and approval is never guaranteed.

    Not available
  6. Country-local rails

Country-local adapters may in future include UniTeller and dLocal; none is contracted today, and each would require country, liability and support approval.

    Not available

None of these roadmap services is available today. simpleTap is not a bank. Naming a provider is not provider participation.
